From 1,500 grower-members of Café Orgánico Marcala in the La Paz highlands — one of Honduras' most respected cooperatives. Grown at 1,300–1,700M in mineral clay soils, fully washed, and sun-dried. Caramel richness, a whisper of warm spice, and a long brown sugar finish that makes this medium-dark roast impossible to put down.
