At Bean Voyage Coffee & Tea, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee and tea products. Due to the nature of consumable goods, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used coffee or tea products
  • Perishable or consumable goods once opened

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide clear photo evidence (if applicable)
  3. Wait for approval before returning the item

Once approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our end
