Sourced from smallholder farmers in Antioquia, grown on volcanic loam at 1,300–1,500M, and fully washed to let the fruit speak clearly. Dried in solar dryers to protect every note from the rain. Layers of dried orange, berry, and dark chocolate — complex, but never demanding.
